Chai Honors Auction Donor Form 2024

Dear Friends, Business Owners, and Community Partners,

On June 20, our synagogue will be honoring several leaders of our community: Pam Appel, Mark Beatty, Judi Sills, Matt Sills, and our own Rabbi Avi Friedman in commemoration of his 18th year with COS-SJCC.

To make our event a success, we are seeking donations of high demand items (gift cards, fine wine, gourmet food selections, collectibles, upscale experiences such as beauty services, sports and entertainment tickets, home improvement services, etc). We are especially grateful for items valued at $500 or more, which will have a featured position in the auction, but products and services of all kinds are welcome and appreciated! Businesses that donate items valued at $1000 or more will also receive a complimentary ad in our program book.

  • Auction Donor listing in Program Book
  • Promotion on COS-SJCC website
  • Gratitude and consumer loyalty of COS-SJCC member families, honorees, and guests
Please submit this form by June 1 to ensure your auction item is highlighted and you receive full donor recognition.
